OUR CLASSES
METCON
Weightligting, cardio, gymnastics, and core training - all packed into a fun and challenging 50 minute workout.
STRENGTH
SQUAT/PULL – Slow paced weight lifting movements of squatting, lunging, pull-ups/chin-ups, split squats, rows, bicep/quad isolation, and hip accessory work. You'll get enough time to rest, change load, and lift focusing on form, range of motion, and rate of reps.
ROWxLIFT
A powerful high-intensity interval training class combining 50 minutes of intense rowing and lifting exercises.
STATIONS
Build full body strength and get shredded at Stations, a workout that alternates between cardio and compound lifting in an interval style format.
STRENGTH
HINGE/PUSH – Slow paced class of weight lifting movements like deadlifts, bench press, hip thrusts, shoulder press, hamstring/glute/tricep isolation, and shoulder accessory work. You'll get enough time to rest, change load, and lift focusing on form, range of motion, and rate of reps.
RRxLIFT
Intervals of running and rowing combined with Dumbbell, kettlebell, and barbell lifting.
CARDIO N' CORE
50 minutes of alternating between cardio and core carving/strengthening in an interval style format. This workout is perfect for those who want to break a sweat while getting their core shredded without lifting weights.
MOBILITY
Active and passive functional anatomy range conditioning stretching techniques, our Mobility class aims to improve your joints health and longevity through increasing your ranges of motion. This class is designed to have you live, exercise, and train pain free.
RUNxLIFT
A powerful high-intensity interval training experience, seamlessly blending running and lifting exercises into a dynamic 50-minute class.
